As a lifelong learner with a deep curiosity about people and progress, I’ve spent years studying this intersection. My academic background spans the US and Europe, with 10 master’s degrees across disciplines including:

Over the past decade, I’ve partnered with global organisations and fast-growing tech and creative companies.
I’ve supported senior execituve leaders, built high-performing multicultural and neurodiverse teams, and led complex change across industries, all in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
My work has received global recognition, but what matters most is the community of over 40,000 professionals I’ve built and continue to support by sharing my insights and experience.
